Learn to master QuickBooks

 

BCTC-femaleLearn how to Get Going and Keep Going with Intuit QuickBooks 2013 at a two-day training in October.

The Business & Community Training Center has announced QuickBooks training for beginners and advanced-level QuickBooks users.

In Get Going with QuickBooks training on Oct. 21, you will learn how to set up a new company, build and manage lists, manage inventory, record a product sale, create invoices for services, and work with bank accounts.

New and advanced-level QuickBooks users will take their skills to the next level in Keep Going with QuickBooks on Oct. 25. You will learn how to customize forms, create reports and graphs, track and pay sales tax, prepare payroll, estimate, time track, and job cost, and write letters.

Both sessions, held from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at The Center for Rural Development, will be taught by QuickBooks instructor Carol Whitson.

Students must register at least five days before the start of class.

As a provider of customer service in a technical field, you need to interact with customers to address their technical concerns. To do this effectively, you need to develop skills that will help you interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.

Instructor Kimberly Taylor will teach you how to do that in Excellence in Technical Customer Service on Oct. 27 from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at The Center. The training is targeted for customer service professionals providing technical support or service, on-site or by way of call center or email.
