Professional Chef Mete Sergin will guide you on this culinary journey to entice your taste buds and learn simple, satisfying techniques with easy to find ingredients! You’ll learn to transform a pre-made mole sauce into a “must have” ingredient for many Mexican recipes and dive into the flavors of the region with unique ocean-inspired fare.
