Have you ever wanted to create your own painted canvas?

Get started at our first-ever canvas painting class. Create your own painted canvas with The Center for Rural Development’s Business & Community Training paint night, where fun meets art.

All students will paint a 16 x 20 canvas. We provide all the tools you need to create your painting. Set-up and cleanup is taken care of by our staff, so that everything is ready when you arrive and you can leave without worrying about the mess.

Local artist Brian Covert will lead the class through easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions on how to create your own unique version of this painting.

You can follow the instructions exactly or branch out on your own and try something different. Even if you go a direction you’re not happy with, just let the artist know and he can help you explore your options.

Creating your own painted canvas is easyno talent or experience is necessary. A willingness to try is all you need, we take care of the rest.
