Join U.S. Congressman Harold “Hal” Rogers and Dr. Thomas Frieden, director of the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, for the first of three Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR) health impact series.

Reception: 6:30 p.m.
Dinner: 7 p.m.

The topic will include “Finding Solutions & Celebrating Champions for Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease & Obesity Awareness.”
