One of the most internationally known cuisines, Thailand cuisine relies on five primary flavors: hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty, and bitter. The secret to all Thai food lies in the subtle differences in the proportions of ingredients used which can add layers of flavor and aroma.
Chef Mete Sergin will teach you how to prepare these favorite Thai food recipes:
- Pad Thai – most popular noodle dish in the world
- Tom Yum –spicy and sour traditional Thai soup
- Massaman Chicken Curry
- *Kao Phad –Thai fried rice
- *Thai Banana Fritters
Cost: $25 per class or $105 for all five classes
