Institute for Preventive Strategies (IPS)
The Center for Rural Development recognizes that proper training is critical to the nation’s first responders. The Center’s effort to provide homeland security training comes in the form of training offered through the Institute for Preventive Strategies (IPS).
IPS provides a terrorism prevention certificate program through online, highly interactive training designed around the National Strategy for Homeland Security.
All training is U.S. Department for Homeland Security (DHS)-certified and made available free of charge to first responders nationwide.
