UAW Car, Craft, & Antique Show

The Eastern Kentucky UAW Retired Workers Council is hosting its first annual car, craft, and antique show on Tuesday, Aug. 27, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. in the south parking lot at The Center for Rural Development.

The event will include new and vintage cars, antiques, and a variety of crafts from Kentucky artisans. Some of the items on display will include wood carvings, furniture, jewelry, goat milk soaps and lotions, handcrafted baskets, wind chimes, bird houses, wooden game boards, crocheted pieces, books by local artists, nature photography, painted gourds, and artist paintings.

There is no admission charge to attend the car, craft, and antique show. All of the activities will take place in The Center’s south parking lot, located off of Monticello Road across from Somerset Community College campus.

The Eastern Kentucky UAW Retired Workers Council is comprised of retired UAW workers who contribute their time and talents to make a difference in their community and the lives of their members.
