Do you like to cook? Then you’ll love our 2017-2018 Everyday Favorites with a Flavorful Spin cooking series.

Our professional Chef Mete Sergin will help you turn your “everyday” favorites into culinary masterpieces.

We offer interactive, hands-on classes utilizing a variety of ingredients, flavors, and techniques from all over the world.

And the best part is…you get to taste test all of our featured dishes and take home recipes to try in your own kitchen.

Classes are $25 for adults and $15 for children (5-10 years old). Children must be accompanied for an adult.

Guided by Chef Mete Sergin, this class is packed with recipes and innovative techniques to incorporate these healthy foods into any meal.

Whole grains are packed with nutrients, including protein, fiber, B vitamins, and antioxidants that help reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and some forms of cancer.

In this class, you’ll discover the secrets to transforming these ancient super foods into everyday favorites and learn how to enhance a variety of dishes including appetizers, fresh salads, and delicious entrees.
