Next cooking class: Southern Style Fish Fry

Nothing beats the summer time, good friends, and the freshest catch.

This year, put a twist on your classic summer barbecues by hosting your own fish fry.

Chef Mete Sergin will have you hooked on his menu of crispy fried fillets and fresh sides at our next “A Taste of Kentucky” cooking class on Tuesday, July 24, 6:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m. at The Center for Rural Development.

With these recipes up your sleeve, you’ll be sure to delight dinner guests all season long!

Beer battered fish
Sweet & creamy southern coleslaw
French fries
Hush puppies
Sparkling watermelon lemonade

Registration for Southern Style Fish Fry cooking class is $25 for adults and $15 for children (5-10 years old).
