Country Brunch cooking class starts on Sept. 22

Y’all know that there’s nothing in this world that biscuits can’t fix, right?

That’s just one of the lip-smackin’ delights you’ll have at The Center for Rural Development’s Business & Community Training Center Country Brunch cooking class!

Chef Mete Sergin will be spicing up some of your favorite traditional breakfast dishes at this Saturday morning cooking class.

From the perfect omelet flip to the made-from-scratch biscuits, come on over and enjoy some good ole’ Southern grub with us!

Menu
Sweet potato biscuits layered with thin slices of country ham and a dab of apple butter
Red-eye gravy
Country-style fried potatoes
Classic omelets
Nutella croissant banana bread pudding

Everyone in class will make their own biscuits and omelets.

The Country Brunch cooking class is part of A Taste of Kentucky cooking series presented by The Center for Rural Development’s Business & Community Training Center and Kroger Marketplace in Stonegate Center.

Coming in October….The Center for Rural Development’s A Taste of Kentucky cooking series will host a Tasty Tailgating cooking class that sure to impress all you football fans. Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. for Tasty Tailgating at our next cooking class with Chef Mete Sergin at The Center for Rural Development.
