Right in time for Thanksgiving dinner, Chef Mete Sergin has what you need to turn your favorite comfort foods into culinary masterpieces.

At The Center for Rural Development’s All the Fixin’ cooking class, you’ll explore classic recipes and various cooking techniques involving baking and crock-pots.

With a gourmet twist on grandma’s country casseroles and sides, you’ll have the entire family giving “thanks” for your cooking!


  • Sweet potato and gruyère gratin
  • Parmesan-panko baked asparagus fries
  • Hot artichoke dip with easy homemade parmesan bread sticks
