The Center for Rural Development is bringing back its Fall into Cash Community Yard Sale for local and area vendors and yard sale enthusiasts.

Our next yard sale will be on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. inside The Center’s spacious, air conditioned Exhibit Hall.

There is no admission charge to the general public.

Who can sell their wares at Fall into Cash?

The community event is a great opportunity for individual vendors and established merchants to set up in one location, under one roof, and sell their wares and make a little extra money at the same time.

What is the cost to rent vendor space?

Individuals
$10 per spot (includes one six-foot table & one chair)
$15 for two spots (includes two six-foot tables & two chairs)

Established Merchants
$25 per spot (includes one six-foot table & one chair)

Additional Tables: $5 each
Additional Chairs: $5 each

If you rent booth space for both the August and September yard sales, you will receive one additional table at no charge.

When can I set up my booth?

Vendors may start setting up their booths from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. the day before each yard sale.

How do I reserve my vendor space?

You can now reserve your vendor space in Constant Contact.

You are welcome to stop by The Center at 2292 South U.S. 27 (at Traffic Light 15) and pick up a vendor form in the front lobby from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Space is limited. Reservations and payment of vendor space must be made in advance. Reserve your space today!

We will follow all federal, state, and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. Booths will be spaced out to allow for social distancing for vendors and shoppers. Face masks are required.
