Have you cleaned out your closet, garage, or storage areas and thinking about having a yard sale?

Are you looking for great bargains at discount prices?

The Center for Rural Development is the place to sell your wares and shop for bargains at its 2021 Fall into Cash Community Yard Sale.

Vendors will have a spacious, air-conditioned building inside our Exhibit Hall to sell their merchandise while shoppers will have the convenience of one-stop shopping without having to drive all over town looking for yard sales.

Be sure to stop by on Saturday, Aug. 7, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at The Center, located at 2292 South U.S. 27 (at Traffic Light 15) and support our yard sale vendors. There is no admission charge to shop at the Fall into Cash Community Yard Sale. Vendor Information
Individuals
  • $12 per spot (includes one six-foot table and one chair)
  • $20 for two spots (includes two six-foot tables and two chairs)
Merchants
  • $25 per spot (includes one six-foot table and one chair)

Additional tables and chairs

  • Additional tables: $5 each
  • Additional chairs $5 each

Vendor Registration Form

Vendors may begin setting up at 7 a.m. the day of the yard sale. Spaces are limited. Please reserve your space in advance!
