Right in time for Thanksgiving dinner, Chef Mete Sergin has what you need to turn your favorite comfort foods into culinary masterpieces.

You’ll explore classic recipes and various cooking techniques involving baking and crock-pots.

With a gourmet twist on grandma’s country casseroles and sides, you’ll have the entire family giving “thanks” for your cooking!

Sweet potatoes & gruyere gratin
Parmesan-panko basked asparagus fries
Hot artichoke and spinach dip with easy homemade parmesan bread sticks
Pumpkin Cobbler

Registration is $25; $15 for children (5-10 years old).  You may register in advance or register and pay at the door.
