Y’all know that there’s nothing in this world that biscuits can’t fix. Right?

That’s just one of the lip-smackin’ delights you’ll have at The Center for Rural Development’s Business & Community Training Center Country Brunch cooking class!

Chef Mete Sergin will be spicing up some of your favorite traditional breakfast dishes at this Saturday morning cooking class.

From the perfect omelet flip to the made-from-scratch biscuits, come on over and enjoy some good ole’ Southern grub with us!

Menu
Sweet potato biscuits layered with thin slices of country ham and a dab of apple butter
Red-eye gravy
Country-style fried potatoes
Classic omelets
Nutella croissant banana bread pudding

Everyone in class will make their own biscuits and omelets.

Registration is $25 for adults and $15 for children (5-10 years old).

You may register in advance or register and pay at the door.
