The Center for Rural Development presents “The Traveler’s Table” international cooking series

 

Fundamentals of Cooking: The Base of it All Cooking Class
Saturday, Nov. 16 | 6 PM-8 PM | $25 for adults and $15 for children (ages 8-15)

To close out our International Cooking series, join us at The Center to learn the ‘5 Mother Sauces’ used by many around the world. Chef Mete will teach guests how to make five classic sauce recipes and how those sauces can be used as a base to create delicious dishes. He will make three dishes using variations of different signature sauces.
