New Vista screening of Intelligent Lives: a film by Dan Habib

On Monday, Sept. 30, from 6-8 p.m., New Vista will host a complimentary screening of the film, “Intelligent Lives,” for the community.

“Intelligent Lives” stars three pioneering young American adults with intellectual disabilities-Micah, Naieer, and Naomi-who challenge perceptions of intelligence as they navigate high school, college, and the workforce.

Please make plans to attend, see the film, interact and engage in discussion with the filmmaker, Dan Habib, through a special appearance hosted by Build Inclusion and the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities.

A separate screening for New Vista employees and stakeholders will take place earlier in the day from 1-4 p.m. at The Center. CEU’s from DAIL will be available
