We are excited to have Kentucky Secretary of Education, Hal Heiner and Campbellsville University Regional Director of Development, Wesley Carter, as our guest speakers.

Heiner is a longtime Kentucky resident and has been an active community leader. He has served as vice chair of Greater Louisville, Inc., and in 2002, he was elected to the Louisville Metro Council, where he spent eight years focusing on finding efficiencies in services, government transparency and innovative ways for the community to grow and prosper.

Carter is a graduate of Campbellsville University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science (2011), Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing (2013), Master’s of Theology (2014) and Master’s of Management and Leadership (2015). He is completing his doctor of business administration from Walden University.  Carter is currently finishing his dissertation, which is on the relationship between traditional marketing, social media marketing, and alumni financial support at colleges and universities.

We will also be presenting the winner of the 4th Annual Young Entrepreneurs Academy.
