Located just south of California and surrounded almost entirely by the sea, this region offers a variety of unique culinary choices. Chef Mete Sergin will guide you on this culinary journey to entice your taste buds and learn simple, satisfying techniques with easy to find ingredients!

You’ll learn to transform a pre-made mole sauce into a “must have” ingredient for many Mexican recipes and dive into the flavors of the region with unique ocean-inspired fare.
