Spanish Tapas 101

It’s muy delicioso time! Originating in Spain, Tapas are small plates of food that are served between meals.

Traditionally “tapeo” (the art of eating tapas) is the gathering of people to socialize as they eat and drink. These small bites are packed with big, bold flavors and are the perfect way to savor the rich culture of Spain.

In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll be introduced to an assortment of traditional Spanish tapas. You’ll learn how to pair high-quality Spanish ingredients with simple preparations to create some of the best tapas you’ve ever tasted.

Tortilla Espanola- Spanish Potato Omelette
Empanadas Gallegas or Galician Turnovers
Sobrasada and Tetilla Cheese Toasts
