A Positive Perspective Workshop

The Lake Cumberland Area Development District Area Agency on Aging invites you to “A Positive Perspective” Workshop, a free conference regarding dementia care and grandparents raising grandchildren, on Sept. 21,  starting at 10 a.m. (EDT), at The Center for Rural Development. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. (EDT).

Melanie Bunn, a speaker and mentor with Teepa’s Snow’s Positive Approach to Care, will talk about living with and caring for people with dementia. Jeremy A. Taylor will speak about empowering Grandparents raising Grandchildren.

Meet new friends, get some information from our vicinity, and have lunch and a good time with others.
